1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

    • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in original condition and unused. It must also be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.

  • Return Timeframe:

    • Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

  • Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the issue within the 7-day return period.

    • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds will only be provided if the returned product is damaged or defective, or if we are unable to fulfill your order due to product unavailability.

    • Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the payment was made. Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another agreed method.

  • Refund Timeframe:

    • Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • Non-Refundable Products:

    • Products that are opened, used, or returned after the 7-day period are not eligible for refunds.

3. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before delivery by contacting us via email at [email protected]. Once the order has been shipped or delivered, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.

    • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees.
